It's absolutely breath taking!

New for 2015!!!

Every year we make improvements to the White Mountain Double to create a moment that will take your breath away. This year is no exception with the assistance of Bishop Chamber of Commerce we have moved the whole event to the Tri-County Fairgrounds. It is an excellent venue for the White Mountain Double Century and our new Mammoth 300/500. The facilities for Rider Check-In, Pasta Dinner, Start/Finish and our new Breakfast are all located on the fairgrounds, hotels are near by, and we are very excited about it.

The White Mountain Double Century has always had an amazing group of riders show up each year to ride in one of the best locations in the country. This year we have giving them another reason to show up. In conjunction with WMD we have added California’s best ultra bike races, the Mammoth 300 and 500 to create some start and finish line dynamics never seen before in ultra-cycling.

We are very grateful to have the support of the Lions Club this year. They will be preparing and serving our pasta dinner Friday night.  In addition to the fantastic pasta dinner we have added a Sunday morning breakfast. The Lions Club prepares an awesome pancake breakfast, which the double century and Mammoth 300 participants will be enjoying as the Mammoth 500 winners are finishing their race.

The classic highland and lowland White Mountain Double Century courses will not be changing except for the start/finish location. Last year’s changes to lunch in the Dyer Community Park and the Benton Aid Station at Edna Beaman Elementary School will carry forward into this year.

Yes! As always there are more new things at this year’s White Mountain Double Century than ever before, but for the rest of them you are just going have to show up and see what they are. See you there!
